This was my first time at OB Noodle House. Initially when we went in there was no one at the front to tell us where to sit so we just grabbed a menu found a spot. We sat and waited for a while then Alex came. I guess he thought the table was supposed to be served by someone else. Brought m us some water, that is he brought 4 empty cups and 1 bottle of water. We had to ask for ice so he brought 4 cups of ice and left the 4 empty cups at our tables. He took our order helped with some decision making regarding the orders and left. I appreciate his suggestions. Our appetizers came out fairly quickly and piping hot. The crispy jumbo shrimp was very Christy and the sauce for them was very good. The garlic spicy chicken wing were very good and spicy, however the first time they came out they appeared to be a little over cooked. The second time they came out they were better even though a few pieces seemed to have came from other plate. The short ribs were delicious as well. Full of flavor and tender. Ashley came to our table and the service was excellent. She was attentive and made sure we had all we needed. She was apologetic about our initial interactions and I appreciate the level of care she showed us. They have a pretty decent happy hour. I like the about of seating and the openness of the outdoor seating area. Overall I enjoyed my OB Noodle House Bar experience. Started off kinda rocky, but improved as time progressed.

One of my all-time favorite places in San Diego though I live in North County now we still occasionally make the track here and we love to bring our dog. This place is so incredibly dog friendly the wait staff are so attentive really some of the best service around and you HAVE to come here for the wings. The wings are legit the best wings in San Diego. We usually order some pho as well. This time I had some Wagyu Korean short ribs and my husband had the pho. Everything was so good. Great beer selection great drinks awesome service.

OB Noodle House is a highly recommended place by the locals and is where the infamous peanut butter whisky was born (Screwball brand). My sister and I went here for lunch and each of us had the House Special Fried Rice which is Guy-Ferrari endorsed. I started with a special combo of Skrewball and OB PBJ shots which were delicious! They serve the Screwball shot with a smoky salted rim which makes the peanut butter whisky taste a bit like salted peanuts! The OB PBJ liquer is homemade there and resembles Irish Cream. It tastes like a PBJ a bit and I liked it so much I bought a container of it to take home with me to Seattle! We loved the fried rice and the ambiance. There is a very fun, young vibe here and it is dog-friendly as well. I will go back one day and try some of their other recommended dishes. This place rocks!

I stopped by for a weekday lunch after checking out the tidepools nearby. I ordered their sizzling fish and tried their veggie pho. I was a little disappointed with the fish because it wasn't sizzling and the charred flavor was overwhelming. The service was friendly and its a great spot for families so I'll be back to try their sizzling beef dish.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. My go to with my husband. We have date nights here and we have family night out here too. This kids love it and so do we. There can be a slight wait at times but it just depends when you go. It's usually not a long wait. They have heaters outside when dining outside. The inside has a really cool tree in the center. Food is delicious, I like the chow fun and my husband the house rice special. My kids get the spicy wings.

We got here around 9:30 pm on a Thursday night. We were glad that their last call wasn't until 10 pm (when it says the restaurant closes). We sat at the tables on the sidewalk that had strong heaters, so we weren't cold at all. They have a wide variety of beers on tap. They print you a receipt with their selections. For food we got the fish sizzling plate and the house special fried rice. Both amazing dishes! The fried rice had a little kick to it. Our server brought us sauces and was very attentive to our table.

OB NOODLES, there are 2 of them in Ocean Beach. But we like this location at Niagara Ave . More seating areas and mostly not a shared table compared to their other location. The food were good here, I like their Short ribs, it's tender and flavorful, and the same with their chicken wings. They are mostly busy here but also they have a lot of staff around so service is fast here. This restaurant is a walking distance to the Beach so Parking here is also tough to find, but we don't mind parking a bit far because we enjoy the walk around this area.

We came here on a Friday night and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. We were able grab a drink at the bar while we waited. We had the Lavender Lemonade cocktails which tasted like juice. The vibes are very fun we got some beers and sat down. The food came quickly - all hot and fresh. We started with the tiger shrimp - delicious. The fried dumplings were just okay - wouldn't get again. The chicken and vegetable dry chow fun noodles and seafood fried rice were delicious and large enough to share. A must try is the peanut butter whiskey shots - they are delicious and some much fun. Overall was a great meal for a great price.
